By using our services or software you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions. These may be updated from time to time but will be up-to-date on this page.

Theme Licensing

Our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. They can be used on as many websites as the user likes.

Theme Updates

All themes from Terra Themes are created to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress. However we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of WordPress. Please make sure you always use the most current version of our themes.

Browser Compatibility

To make sure that our themes look the same in every browser we are trying to test them as much as we can. We provide support for the all modern browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and Edge. However the performance may vary between different browsers, versions and operating systems.

Ownership

Our themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Image Copyright

In our theme demos we are using several images that are used to show how the theme may look. These images are not included in the download and are for demonstration purposes only. The user is responsible for adding his own images and content or obtaining the respective licenses.

Third Party Links

On our websites we may link to third party websites on which content we don’t have any influence. We are not responsible for the content of theses websites or their use of personal information. We do not recommend or vouch for the security of these websites. We recommend that you review their terms of service and privacy policies before accessing and using the third party site.

Warranty

Terra Themes does not provide any warranty on the themes in any manner. There may be third party components like plugins that might not work with our themes. Furthermore the browser compatibility for our demo sites was tested in the browsers mentioned above. Nevertheless there can be conflicts between different combinations of themes, plugins and browsers.

Support

We try our best to provide support for bug fixes and minor customizations. However we do not offer support through any means for installation, major customization or administration for WordPress itself.

Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
